Can anyone help ID this plow?

Hello I’m going to go and look at this plow. It will be my first trip plow. The fellow doesn’t know what kind it is. I’m kind of thinking a little wonder after doing some research. The wheel hubs do not look right. So not sure if it’s a farmer fix or maybe a different brand plow. He said it plowed ok when he used it. Looks to be missing a coulter. It’s priced pretty cheap. Thanks for any help.

Plow was in pretty rough condition. Plows themselves where all welded up with angle iron both wheels where rusted bad. So figure would cost more to fix it than buying one already in good shape thanks again
