4430 rebuilt pump still "making oil"

I rented my farm out do not use this tractor regularly. In 2021 I had the pump and injectors professionally rebuilt because I thought it had diesel in the oil. I get it out about three times a year for small 10-20 minute jobs pushing out trees or grading the driveway with the dozer blade. Last month, I checked it and it was just over barely over full when I got it out and used it for about 45 minutes pushing dirt into a hole the cows made in front of the pasture gate. Have not started it since. Today the oil is about 3/4 above the full mark. Am I not using it enough? I've never had it fully warmed up. Is there any other fluid besides diesel that could be leaking into the oil? Oil is still clean from changing it in 2021.

Depending on what transmission you have it could be hytran.

Could the fuel lift pump be leaking fuel into the crankcase?

It's been since '95 or '96 that I had rear main seal fail on my 4255 with QR trans & I'm thinking engine oil was getting into clutch housing causing hyd to get darker colored. 4 yrs ago I had to have this tractors engine overhauled @ 11,400 hrs due to a failed liner o-ring. Loosen engine oil pan plug 3 rds & see if antifreeze drips around plug threads. Have you considered sending engine oil to lab for a test?
