Still.chasimg gremlins but feels very close. The main drive clutch is not disengaging after a bale is made. I get everything working, it makes a bale ties and dumps. As kicker and tailgate closes, the clutch is supposed to disengage starting everything to bale again. It doesn't. I can go back and loosen line, catch oil into bottle to try to keep it off slip clutch, and the cylinder will extend and disengage the clutch. Not too fun or efficient but might get this 1st farm done God willing. Manual says adjust kick down valve on the hydraulic valve body., I tried more adjustment, less adjustment. At my brain limited capability

Ok, gonna try to work with this. As I see it, the clutch “disengages” to stop the belts from moving as the bale is discharged from the baler. The gate closes and the clutch then”engages” to start everything working again. Sounds like that is a hydraulic cylinder operation. Adjust the flow to that cylinder until it just barely cuts everything off. Then, hopefully, it will have less volume in it and let everything turn on. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.

As of now I just unhooked that cylinder to get through this rush of 1st cutting. But will definitely be tinkering with it again in a couple of weeks. Been an amazing baler but was thinking it best serve as an artifical reef for fish in my lake

Good luck with it. I’m shooting in the dark with that. My NH has a mechanical link from the gate cylinder to shut the clutch off & on.
Sorry for the dirt just finished 120 bales on a very dusty field.

I found a picture of the cylinder that operates the clutch. It has 2 lines on it. You must have it hooked up to the same set of remotes. One line will be the extend line and one will be the retract line. Get those both hooked up correctly & I will bet your problems are solved. Let us be know the outcome please.
