What part am I missing on this backhoe?

New to me 1967 Case 530CK.
I'm going through the Model 32 backhoe and it looks like I'm missing some sort of spacer where the bucket attaches?

Also, what connection is this and why would it be capped off?

Yes there is a pipe that goes over the pin to keep the lower bucket link arms apart,, the hyd port was something some installed to runa breaker or thumb attachment ect
