Case 530CK diesel fuel filters and gaskets.

Should have taken pics before installation. Was visually the same as the wix

On the Google machine the pics for that filter number do not match what I purchased. Pics show a white filter and different gaskets. I purchased this filter from Central Machinery in Spokane WA yesterday. They are my local Case Construction dealer. Had it in stock. Maybe old stock?

Thanks for that NorskyAQ.
When I installed mine it just didnt look like there was enough material one those little seals to mate that top gray lid to the filter..
The original was a canister style and the new ones are rounded on one end.

As you can see I'm trying to use the original seals on top of the slimmer seals provided with the filter. Havent filled the system yet.
Any issues with leaks?

Looks like you should replace the broken housing for starters.

Thats one of the original damaged thicker lipped seal youre looking at Jim.

I doubled it over the provided seal because it seems too big and squashes out when you tighten the lid.

Ok, I see that now.

To me the seal on your new Donaldson should fit tight to the inner step of the filter, without the gap that appears in your photo. Did the filter have different diameter sealing rings with it? Some do.
