Fuel prices have reversed themselves and moved in the same direction. Should we be surprised?

I bought 6G of Shell Rotella at Rural KIng in Feb. for 14,99/G with a Shell rebate of $2/G. Shell says rebate was mailed; I didn't receive it though. I kept the oil anyway, and today it's selling for more than I paid.
I found the best price on Shell Rotella 15W40 on Amazon in 5G pails,- last year.

I have used walmart for 5w30 full synthetic and 5w30 blend for about a year. I placed a order about 2/3 weeks ago they kept delaying it then they canceled the order. I went to walmart last night and brought some off the shelf YES the price went up a few bucks.

I stopped using Amazon and use Walmart 99% of the time. Walmart ships fedex, Fedex runs by my place around 11am everyday. Things that took a week through amazon I get the next day through Walmart. The number one reason Walmart does not use USPS the worst way to ship.

Amazon has their own delivery here
Leaps an bounds ahead of other shipping companies

If I order oil from WM they send people from the store to deliver to me, not any delivery services just employees or someone with a car that will deliver locally.
