3910 - What is the procedure to remove and inspect/clean hydraulic screen?

I am getting a whining/roaring sound that I thought was only present when the tractor was moving, but after draining, flushing, and refilling the system ( the fluid was a horrible brown and definitely contained water ) I’ve now noticed the hoses pulsate and the sound is present while sitting still, but it gets louder when the tractor is moving (might be rpm related??). I checked my fluid level and added probably about a gallon to a gallon and a half more fluid after working the hydraulics pretty good since the fluid change. Seems like the hose movement has settled down although they do still pulse a little. The hydraulics are very strong, and I can ride all over the place with my bush hog up in the air. Am I on the right path with seeing if the system is starved? yes I did put on a new filter when I changed the fluid. When I topped off the system, I added until fluid ran out of the check port. What came out of the hole looked like pretty good hydraulic fluid. Thinking I might drain again and check for an obstruction in the system starving the pump and causing the noise, but I don’t see an obvious access point for a screen filter like with my JD.

3910 does not have a internal screen, it uses an external suction filter mounted under the left foot board

What screen....it isn't an 8N, 100, or 1000 series. It has a spin on filter under the left foot rest. Ford finally pulled their head out of their..............
