ford 3910 1983 model check hydro oil and where is place to add more oil. thanks for help

I take issue with that. The rear most plug for the hydraulic. Strongly suggest you obtain an operator's manual, so you will know.

Who you taking issue with! Unless a 3910-ford tractor changed its design from 84 to87, the two threaded plugs under seat are for the filling (which OP was asking) or return lines to rear end! These pictures show both, left hand side has a return line from loader and right side is the return line from optional deluxe remote valve! Also include pictures of my operator's manual and the page for reference! Thank you! Just so you Know, I purposely took picture of the SEAT sticker, so you didn't get confused.

The man said nothing about a loader or auxiliary valves or remotes; he asked a simple question. You have thrown in the variables. My manual indicates 2 filler plugs, one for the tranny and one for the hydraulic system. Are you saying that Ford provided 2 plugs that serve the same purpose?

That's exactly what I'm saying!! Here's another picture of my other 3910 tractor without all the "variables" thrown in! TWO pipe plugs under seat on top of transmission for filling and or return lines!
