Case D production per year and per model variation

hello, i know i have seen the chart that breaks down each model of case D production per year and totals of production run, but after looking thru several J I Case books and buyers guides, i can not find the chart any more. If someone is able to upload a photo or copy of the D series production run totals of each model for each year, i would greatly appreciate it, thankyou
