How to fix 3 point lift.and auxilar to work at same time?

On my MF 245 it has an auxiliary control mounted to top of lift cover.and when pushed in lift works.and when pulled out.the auxiary works.is there any way to fix it.where they both work at same time.

No, however the three point will stay in the position it was in when you switch, if the system leaks down you may need to switch to three point every little while. I have been using my MF 65 like this for years, I carry a bale on the rear and a bale on the loader.
