Test stand for Gear Hydraulic Pumps - ANYONE MADE ONE?

I've rebuilt several of the Cub and Super A, C, 100, 140 hydraulic pumps that are gear driven. Most of the time, they just need an oil seal for the shaft, but sometimes they will continue to leak if there is a groove on the shaft or maybe some other issue. I've also repaired them for other people too. It would be nice to have a way to test them without just installing on a tractor and assuming they don't leak because they work (you can't see the other side of pump when installed). Just looking for ideas on building something like that.

To test for external leakage, it should be relatively easy to do.
....Blocking off all but one port, the pump could be filled with hydraulic oil.
.....Compressed air could be applied to the "fill" port to pressurize the pump.

If you are wanting to test for pump performance, you would need pressure and
flow gauges, as well as a fluid reservoir and a means to drive the pump.

It would be neat to have and handy. Could possibly get a small electric motor and a v-belt pulley to put in place of the drive gear. OR could rig up a mount using the drive gear and a timing gear from a relevant engine and weld the v-belt pulley to it to run off the motor. Would need to know the RPM the pump should turn and fix a short hose loop and holding tank for fluid.
