At our Walmart, you will get run down in cold blood by the grocery puller employees collecting orders for curbside or home delivery. It has got so bad Karen sent corporate an email complaint about it.

I drove past a Walmart for fifteen years to go to my regular stores.

Does Wisconsin still allow drive thru liquor stores?

In Louisiana you can buy a frozen daiquiri in a styrofoam cup through a drive up window.
It is not considered a open container until you stick the straw in the cup or take the top off the cup.

Another law I have not seen in other states is a to go cup.
You are in a bar with a half a drink or want another full drink but your party is leaving.
Not a problem.
Get a to go cup.
It is legal to walk down the street with a open container.
It only becomes a problem when you get into a car.

While the law has changed it use to be legal for anyone in a car to drink except the driver.

I believe the law in ILL at the time was 18 19 and 20 could drink 3.5 beer only.
