Looks like the Cat II pins were used rather than the Cat I. That may be an indicator of weight

Is that an old compactor wheel? Just guessing. Must be a big loader to use that.

It's not solid, as in solid steel. If it was it would weigh around 20,000 lbs.

Could be filled with concrete which would be quite a bit lighter.

We had some large hollow steel wheel weights back in the 1960's that you filled with sand after you put the on the tractor.
