Cub Jumping When Clutch Released

I was looking at a video of a Cub someone is selling and it had a little bit of a lurch starting off in forward. He stopped and went in reverse and it was more noticeable with him bouncing in the seat four or five times before it smoothed out. It is hard to tell watching it, but I think it is the operator looking at the way he kept his feet on the clutch and brakes. Curious if there is a common clutch problem that would cause one to jump this way.

Most common problem I'm aware of is an old clutch disc with smooth surfaces and greasy buildup on them. Makes for a nearly impossible feathering action when starting off in either direction.

Go look at it . Try it out.
, checking out everything . Ask the owner if you can drive it and check out the clutch. Put it in gear after you warm it up,
Lock both brakes ,then push the pedals down as far as you can and let the clutch out easy, should stall in all the gears. If not it clutch slipping , then decide what you want to do.

I did. It was backing up a hill that was hard to tell in the video, so operator/terrain. Didn't do it with me. Was asking due to the distance.
