I have a 1976 574 tractor that is not getting any diesel fuel to the filters. I ran some air backwards through the feed line at the top of the filters. It was hard to tell if it was plugged or not so i took the line off the output on the bottom of the tank and no flow. I then ran air backward through that bottom fitting into the tank and with the filler cap off it spayed diesel out the filler hole but still no flow. Hard to see in the tank as i just put 10 gallons of fuel in it. What am i missing? I have read in a few other threads online that this can happen with the tank but i was assuming they meant it was plugged. Before i drain the tank and take that bottom fitting off i wanted to see if anyone had any ideas or has seen this before. Is that bottom block on the bottom of the tank just an open gravity feed 90 degree fitting or it there more too it?
