560 choke cable hook up to carburetor

I had the carburetor off of the 560 that we bought this summer. I am ready to hook up the choke cable. Does the bracket at the end of the cable attach to the carburetor? do I take out a bolt of the carburetor to attach the bracket? Not sure.
