Lift arm travel

The lift arm leveler is starting to worry a hole in the case.

Any ideas on how to adjust the distance the upper lift arms travel? They have a master spline as does the shaft. I could not find a process in my it manual

You might want to specify what model of tractor you are working on.

Some pictures taken from a little farther away might be helpful as well. The leveling box might not be the proper one for that tractor, but with the limited view from those pictures I don't think anyone on here would be able to tell.

That is a MF style leveling box and is on wrong side. Should be on right side. Badly worn cam follower pin will let arms go lower than normal.

I would start by replacing the pins. You will probably raise it by 1/4 inch.

What? The lowest position is established when the piston bottoms out in the cylinder.

I know it should be on the right but the clearance is the same on both sides. Don’t know about the cm follower pin. Something to check out after checking in a replacement leveler box.

That one on the tractor does look like my Massey 165.
