Allis 7030 power director issue

So, bought a open station 7030 power director tractor, saw that the trans, and rear oil had water in it.
It loaded fine, changed all the filters and fluid in it, still has some white oil, so I bought a gal. of Mechanic in a bottle hydraulic fix,
put in the recommended 3 %, ran for an hour, the rear end looks much cleaner oil,
The trans is still a little white, did not drive it much, just sat and let run, now the tractor barely moves in gear,
the power director button on the floor were not working, only the high side, pushed to the low side ( when I first got it )
and the tractor would strain and slow down. now I have no response to either button, ( very easy to push )
thinking that the filter is clogged ?? revving it up does no good. It ran good in the high side before the oil change.
The tractor sat outside for a number of years before being auctioned.
I will change all of the filters and hydraulic fluid again.
I am not a mechanic, just a farm guy that fixes what I can. Jack of all master of one....

Power Director oil is the dipstick under the seat. Probably should drain the transmission (one drain plug and one cover plate) and after removing the cover plate reach in and remove the suction screen and inspect for debris on the cover plate and screen. 7.5 gallons to refill. Filter alongside the inside of the left side frame.

nice, thank you, did not remove cover plate last oil change, will do that tomorrow.
Have you used mechanic in a bottle hydraulic fix??

I'm not familiar with that product. I'll tell you what I do know: #1. those tractors have transmission pumps that are worn out. They should be 13 GPM at 200 psi and might be only half of that GPM's. #2. The non-working 1800 RPM light on the dash could tell us some things, but no one keeps them working. #3. The Power Director clutch piston seals are rubber. They are hard as a rock and not sealing well any more. That's another reason with warm transmission oil things go south, between a worn out pump and leaking clutch piston seals. #4. I have used Caterpillar TDTO straight 30 wt transmission oil a time or two as it is thicker than the 10W-30 fluid that is recommended for these tractors 821/821XL. #5. Repair parts for these transmission pumps are scarce to none these days after 50+ years.
