There were a few of those around and the local AC dealer brought one out to try unsolicited.

They didn't sell nearly as well as the 5040. The smaller 5040 Fiat copy must have been a lot cheaper. The 5050, made by Fiat in Italy was a lot nicer fit and finish. I have a couple of modern versions of basically the same tractor- NH TN55 and TT60A. Simple, handy, utility tractors.

My Oliver 1365 FWA is a Fiat 640. Great tractor. Bullet proof.
