Farmall 140 front mount blade question.

Will the front blade off a 140 mount on a Super A? I'm going to go look at a 140 today that is for sale. If the price is too high, I might see if I can buy the just the blade.

The complete mount can be very useful if you do any grading in which case the blade mounts in the middle. The middle mount does a really good job of grading

Thanks for the reply's. I have agreed to buy the 140. It is pretty rusty, but has been stored indoors. Hasn't ran in 5 years or so. It has the front blade, carryall, sickle bar mower, rotary mower, single plow, disc, and tire chains. Tires are decent. $2,200.

If the engine is free you did extremely well. Implements for the offset Farmalls can be hard to find and pricey.

You'll need to get a manual for the push plow. I believe you use most of the same parts for front mount and belly mount. I believe the plow model will be A and the width demention in inches, as in A 60.

Got it home today. Engine is free. I haven't got it running yet. Points aren't firing after I cleaned them. Going to install an new set.
