IH 3 bottom fast hitch plow identification

Hello all,
Can you all identify if this is a model 311 plow? I can’t find a badge on it anywhere. I don’t have the fast hitch arms bolted to it yet.
Also, if anyone has an idea on where to find new coulters for it?

Could you possibly post some more pictures of the whole plow so we can better identify it? That would help greatly.

@plow peddler , you might want to take your phone number off the public forum. There are bots that run around here and look for phone numbers, then you will get a lot of scam calls. Just a suggestion.
