What Is The Name Of THe Tool

I have to adjust the bands on two Select-O-Speed transmissions that I have. I need the tool that looks like a heavy duty slotted screwdriver on one end and the other is for a 1/2" Dr torque wrench. I haven't any idea what that tool would be called. Can anyone of you fine gentleman help me with the name of that tool?
