2012 4025 Blowing White Smoke at PTO RPM's

Our 2012 Mahindra 4025 with 340'ish hours wont maintain PTO RPMs and blows white smoke.

It starts and idles perfectly, but wont run at higher RPMs.

We changed the fuel filter, but that didn't help.

Can anyone recommend what we should we try next?

I have NO experience with the Mahindra 4025.....
However....
If this was my Tractor....and if this Tractor has a Diesel engine?
When the white smoke starts to become present "EXHAUST PIPE"?
I would loosen off #1 Injector fuel supply line ......NOTE if white smoke is no longer present?
Tighten line back up...
Do the above task for each fuel injector....
If at any time the smoke is not apparent.?

You quite likely now know, the cylinder and or cylinders that are adding to "producing the white smoke"....

Any time I've have had a Diesel Engine producing "white smoke" the particular cylinder for a variety of possibility' was allowing coolant into the combustion chamber of said cylinder..

ie..Faulty Head Gasket....is but only one of several possibility s.
