Ford 7000 Tach Drive Adaptor

Does anyone know where I can source or cross reference a drive gear (cable side) and key (pump side) for the 90 degree tach adaptor mounted to back side of the SIMMS pump on a 7000?

We restored a 7000 a while back and could not find one. We ended up changing the gauge cluster (which it needed) and the oil pump drive gear and installing the tack drive adapter and cable for the later model tractors.

I thought about doing what you did. Is the work involved to install the tach drive adaptor by the oil filter relatively simple?

The drive key... it the same a a drive key used on either a buick or other/?? automatic transmission speedometer cable adapter... I have successfully used one of those twice now. cant remember the exact model. similar to this" https://www.bing.com/images/search?...lectedIndex=0&idpp=serp&ajaxhist=0&ajaxserp=0 NOt saying this is the one. but if not its close. That was many years back and too much fog. then for the adapters you could get... . https://www.bing.com/images/search?...ter+cable+90+degree+adapter&form=IGRE&first=1
