Ford 8N .090” Sleeves – Correct Block Bore Interference and Installed Height

I’m having my Ford 8N engine rebuilt at an engine machine shop and want to install new .090” sleeves. We need to know the correct interference fit, specifically how much smaller the block bore should be than the actual measured outside diameter of the new sleeve. I’d also like to know the correct installed height at the top. Should the sleeve be exactly flush with the block deck, or should it protrude slightly, and if so by how much? The new sleeves have a small lip/groove at the top that the old ones did not have. If anyone has an actual specification, service bulletin, technical sheet or reliable machine-shop data for these current replacement sleeves, that would be very helpful

You will find those numbers in the shop manusl. Interference is nomiinally .001 and IIRC deck protusion .002.
