Why does oil come out of this area when I crank over the engine?

I'm restoring my old farmall 806 with the gas c301 engine and I noticed after I cranked over the engine it would drip oil from this area I'm pointing at in the picture. My old block cracked so I had to find another one to replace it. I'm just now able to crank it over haven't started it yet but what's this part called that's spilling oil after I crank the engine over.

I know 806's and i need a far better picture then what you are showing . I own a 64 806 Diesel and worked on many and that DOES NOT RING a bell as to where that fitting lays . I see two Hyd . lines that could be steering or cooling lines that run along the left frame rail . BUT NOT a broad enough picture as to location or enough casting .
