farmall runs bad

My 1943 farmall H starts well, Idles good then starts to sputter and when throttled up it will pop and sputter worse with a little flame action out the exhaust.
This has gone on for a while and I have thrown alot of parts at it, I have changed carburetor, plugs, wires, coil, distributor ,and still runs like s-it I timed it double checked the points. I am about ready to make a flower pot out of it. Any help would be great Thanks

Probably not it but....

Did you blow out the fuel line & clean the bowl & screens?

I would replace the points.

Sound like it maybe a bad condenser. I have had them Bad right out of the box
When was the last time the Valves were Adjusted or Looked at

Check fuel flow? If you take the bowl plug out of the carburetor does fuel continue to flow out at a steady pace after the initial emptying of the fuel in the bowl?

Check the advance in the distributor. If you have determined that the carburetor is clean and you have it timed correctly. You say it starts easy and idles smooth until you open the throttle it sputters and spits fire. It sounds like timing and when you increase the engine speed the timing needs to change. I assumed you checked the distributor bearings when you listed checking it. My next check would be the advance under the plate the points are fastened to. Two little deals have to move to change the timing of the points. You can try to turn the rotor on the distributor before taking it apart. It should turn some. That is where the spark in changed going to the plugs.

All the other things being suggested are all possibilities

What about valve clearance?

I see Craig Wisc also mentioned the valves
Then after you set the valves do a compression check. With proper valve clearance and good compression you should be able to (with our help) move on to diagnosing the problem.

Our C ran like that last year, I went over it checking things, didn't buy any parts, cleaned the carburetor, but it wasn't dirty. But there was an accumulation of crud/chaff around the spark plugs. I blew that out well, took the plugs out, they looked fine, put everything back together, and it ran fine after that. Sometimes I get lucky, and I hate to buy parts!
