Just picked this up for $100 bucks from a neibor, needs tires but found a rear set for $150. The tractor has a powershift transmission. The motor is stuck and hasn't ran in probably 15 years. It was kept in a barn till about the beginning of this year, when it was moved outside uncovered. Im assuming thats when it got stuck. Is this tractor worth putting money into to repair? It also was missing the injector return lines, so someone had taken that off beforehand.

I’d vote yes.

The question I would have is what would be the use or purpose of the tractor once running? The big question in my books is the transmission, it might be fine and it might have problems that takes you down a nasty rabbit hole. A stuck engine is probably an automatic $2000 unless you really want to do it on the “corner cutting” cheap which I would recommend strongly against on a diesel.
