Not really. Link Belt still makes up to 300 ton all-terrain cranes in Kentucky. Grove still makes some cranes here, but their all-terrain models are made overseas.
The big players for all-terrain crane are Liebherr, Tadano, and Grove, which are all made overseas.

There is also Manitowoc / MGX in Peru and the UK for all-terrains. Their off-road crawlers made in USA only go to 2,300 tons, or about 7½ of that little Liebherr.

Manitowoc doesn’t make all terrain cranes though. Manitowoc owns Gove, all their AT cranes are sold under the Grove name.
