1952 8n oil blow out

at a high idle it blows oil out of the oil filler tube with it not in gear just parked why ?

Do a compression check. You may have a broken ring or piston.

Air leaking into the crankcase somewhere. May be a stuck valve. A compound compression tester will let you figure out where the air is leaking. Through rings, or exh or intake valve.

Carb float may have stuck and filled the entire air tube and intake manifold then ran gas into a cylinder and past the rings into the oil pan and now it is way overfull of an oil and gas mix.
