I was visiting one of my local farm repair shops and the Manager told me about a Scammer that is Using his Companys Name and Address in a Online Scam. The Phone number, E-Mail address and Web site are not his
So If you are looking to buy Equipment from County Line Implement. IT Is a SCAM. He told me that they have had people contacting them from all over the US. One guy even flew from Texas to Wis. to look at something that did not Exist. And others have pay down on Equipment
The Local police say that they can't do anything
I Google the name and the Web site is still up
So Watch out on Who you are Dealing with

Earlier in the summer that happened to Strojny Implement. A man drive all the way from Nebraska to look at an excavator that he had. Strojny Implement never had any excavating equipment. The man showed the him the picture from the internet. Picture of his business but no excavator in it. The scammer told him to send a down payment for the excavator and he will hold it for him and give the payment back if he didn't want it.
The guy just decided to take a ride to Wisconsin to look at it and got to the destination, no excavator. Stash Strojny was just as surprised as the poor guy from Nebraska was. Guy took a twelve hour drive for nothing but at least he didn't send the scammer a down payment which would have been gone.
By the way Strojny specializes in the Ford tractor parts.

Ha, there are hundreds if not thousands of these scammer events each month. And now it's so much harder to distinguish if its legit due to AI image and video content getting as good as the real thing.

This isn't something new. It’s been going on heavily since 2015.
Not new But it seems to be getting worse and harder to detect.

Yes that is the site. Name and Address is from up here But not the phone number or E-Mail address
Looking at the domain history it looks like they let their domain expire and It got moved to an IP in Vilnius - Lithuania - Hostinger International Limited - 2026-10-13
A lot of times mom & pop businesses don't really stay on top of who is doing their www.

It might not be too late to fix if they get ahold of who does their www and press them about the problem.

I Don't Even Know if they Ever had a web site. It is a 2-3 man operation

When I google County Line Implement, I only see this site:

County Line Implement

It appears to be legit. Is this the site you say is a scam? Or has that site gone down?

Picture shows 6 men as representatives, OP said it's 2-3 man operation.
A search for county line equipment in WI returns one hit- in a different city: https://www.yellowpagesdirectory.com/Peshtigo-WI/County+Line+Implement+Inc/232235 That states "no website". Phone # is different too..
Something is amiss for sure.

That’s unfortunate. So now someone legitimately owns that domain that reads like their company and is using it as scam on them.
Maybe a complaint to Hostinger International Limited (the server host) after that the domain registrar. Might get it shut down. They will have to jump through hoops or live with it.
Google:
To report a fraudulent, fake, or phishing domain, you need to identify its infrastructure and report it to the appropriate authorities, domain registrar, web host, or security filter.

If you are in the “I’d like to help these guys out because they have been great to deal with camp” I’d suggest you contact them to see if what Ray,IN has pointed out has any truth to it. If it does I would think they would like to know so they can address updating their website and domain.

The Phone number and Address in the Phone book is correct. The Web site is Not them.
I Don't think that they are going to do much about it. They have been looking at closing the shop. That was one reason I went to see them
They had started out as a John Deere Dealer in the 1950's. John Deere Took the Dealership from them in the Early 70's and They Have been a Repair shop that joined up with a IH Shop next door that had closed

It's definitely a scam site. So the domain was available to the scammer. The first item in the inventory
