    Baling tractor

    Nephew got a new to him John Deere 6415 for me to bale with. I really like it. I baled almost 900 bales yesterday. The head liner has came loose and fallen down. Has anyone else noticed this issue and what did you do to repair it?

    They had a good turnout for the show,a little rain that didnt last long.Parking lot was about full when we got there.Lots of young people and vendors in the fea market.

    4630 Ford PTO parts

    I have a friend who is looking for pto parts for a 1998 4630 ford. He cant find the shaft with a gear made on it. If anybody knows where to find new or used send me information and I will let him know, thanks Kenneth.

    Super 55

    Finally got all the oil leaks stopped and painted. I took it out for a Sunday drive.

    I found my problem

    550 would turn over,stop, then start turning again till it started running. I thought that it was the starter drive until I took it apart. I took brushes out of an old truck starter, works good now

    A little rusty

    I was using my 550 to move some dirt, stopped for a water break and seen the tube looking back at me. I found a rim 50 miles away, cleaned it up and painted it. The hardest part was getting the tire off. I put it on the new rim less water.

    Baled some hay today

    Finished today, 500 bales Wednesday, 1000 yesterday and 320 today. I was helping my nephew.

    Grandpa Love made me do it.

    After looking at his H, I got my 1940 H out. It would not idle, so after setting for 1 1/2 years I cleaned the carb and washed it.

    Finally got a loader tractor

    Bought it 3 weeks ago, it would barely run and took 2 people to steer it. I rebuilt steering box, replaced brakes, seals for PTO, solder hole in gas tank, drained water from transmission, cleaned carb, made new wiring harness. Sanded hood with 600 sand paper. I really like it.

    Western nc agricultural show

    Went to show yesterday, about half as big as it used to be. Brought some things, met some people that I haven't seen in a while. We and 3 other families camp at a local camp ground. Still had a lot of fun.

    Local nursing home

    Local home had a farm fall festival. They had a petting zoo and wanted a tractor. I was glad to be able to take mine. It was great to talk tractors with these older people.

    Wife and I went Saturday, show was bigger than the last time that we went. Good looking Olivers.

    4010 John deere

    I have a friend that has a 4010. It has been changed from positive ground to negative ground. His fuel gauge does not work. He has tried a new gauge. Does he need a negative ground gauge and sending unit.

    Brought a 77 parts tractor for the hydraulic unit. It has this seat on it.
