    This is a 2 part question...Weather below freezing yesterday morning, Started the 190 up from sitting all winter, had no hydraulic pressure anywhere, ie: steering, clutch, loader and PTO. Checked the dipstick and found emulsified oil on stick. Later in the day after temps warmed up, went back...
