JD engine rebuild
Fortunate enough to get a second 4010 gas barn find. However, JD is totally new to me. Appears that it may need an engine rebuild. How do I obtain the correct information for the engine serial number that I have ? M21HA 224107R . Figuring on an in frame rebuild. Any suggestions as to a supplier?- cowboy12

JD 4010 pto ?
New to John Deere restoration; Recently purchased a 4010 gas, stub pto was broken off. Have to extract the four bolts. Question 1. How long are the bolts that hold the stub on? Question 2. The center pin ( 540 / 1000 rpm ) needs to be in or out for 540 rpm? The reason I ask.... I have seen...- cowboy12
