    MI engine ID number?

    Just throwing this out there. My parts tractor is an MT with an MI engine, I think. The block looks bigger, the oil dipstick is not a bayonet style and it's located on the right side. There are a couple of other small plugs on the block that I don't see on my current MT rebuild project. The "MI"...

    MT ring size question

    Need some advice on my engine rebuild. Got it torn down and the cylinders are in fine shape. Very slight ridge at the top. All I'll need to do is hone them and put in new rings. The bores measure 4.004". With this bore size will standard original size rings be ok? Wouldn't the next oversize set...

    Can I disable my MT hydraulic pump?

    I'd like to take the hydraulic lines off my MT and just keep the pump connected. Can I simply remove the lines and seal the holes with an appropriate plug and not damage the pump? Thanks!
