    Nope, it"s a regular 44 row crop. 48-49. Has the wound cable that feeds through the tube and down to governor. There is a piece that attaches the throttle to the governor. The cable is badly seized and kinked where cable inserts the tube under fuel tank

    have a 44 with a badly siezed throttle cable, how you remove the slip end that attaches from the goverener. the spiral cable goes into, tried to spin off, no luck. hoping to use a universal choke cable to replace the exisiting throttle cable. (wrappped steel around wire) any help would be great

    roll pin that holds everything together? could you be more precise. i took apart tonight and found the roll pin that holds the "drive" to the shaft slopping, this goverenor looks pretty simple, 4 ball bearings, and a drive. is this the roll pin you are talking about"?

    i recently aquired a woodsplitter that i would like to run off my 35 massey. This tractor does not have a set of remote hydraulic fittings. where would i tap into this tractor for a pressure and a return? thanks, i am handy just looking for some advice

    Does anyone know were I can get a manifold for my S. Seems like there are none out there, will a manifold from a different model work?? My currently has a manifold for an all fuel, but will settle for a stright gas manifold.. any leads would be appreciated!! thanks
