    I have a 58 800 com and a 59 800. The 59 is smooth as silk backing up to equipment. The 58 is jerky. I have been told the 59s had a different feathering valve for the com. Sure is a lot nicer.

    If you have a nearby Harbor Freight they will have a 33 mm socket.

    Did you try opening the load needle a 1/2 turn or so to see if that helps?

    Does the implement still raise and lower? If you disconnect the outlets does the 3 point work then? Power steering and brakes work?

    Went from too dry to too wet here. Got the ground all worked a week ago and has rained ever since...5.5" so far. "They" say it will be on and off rain till the middle of the month. Have to work the ground again and gonna be border line late...always something with farming.

    Yep, base mount magneto. Probably off a model C or model L Case tractor. Early DCs had that style also.

    got a lil rain today

    We got 4" over the weekend. I have the ground worked for corn but probably have to do it again. More rain for this week. As a farmer I complain about no rain or too much, but grandpa said to never complain about moisture as it will get dry again in SD.

    Yes it is, noticed that before. For their age, they are still excellent tractors for a lot of jobs.
