    Western Wild Fires

    I am about 1 mile from the evacuationzone in Colorado Springs. Have had to evacuate some freinds. Smells like camp fire all day long. Last night was a bad nite lost alot of homes in a neiborhood. Something like 32,000 people displaced right now.

    Pulling sleds

    Our is filled with about 800 gallons of water so that would be 6400 then the weight of sled proably 5000 or so. Once the water is drained of it is pulled by a pick up to the next pull.

    Where does the gearshift pattern supposed to be located on the 70 1946. It is the 6 speed with one reverse. Was told the dash like the 77/88s are, but some pics Of dashs I have seen dont show this and I dont have any old existing mounting holes from it being mounted on the dash before. Thanks

    oliver 70 fourth gauge hole

    My 46 70 has a fourth gauge hole underneath the amp gauge in the dash. What was this for all the 70s I have seen only have the standard 3 gauges.

    f 250 with 302

    I had a 89 and 94 ford 150 with the 302. The 89 had a 4 speed, and the 94 had a 5 speed.the 89 could smoke the tires of with very little effort. I pulled two horses and trailer with the 94. Would lose quite abit on the big hills.The 302 will get the job done just not as fast as the 351.
