    Carb needle seat stuck, need help

    Second what Royse said. Boil it. Learned that trick from someone here a few years back and it has never failed me. Try to remove the seat as soon as you remove it from the boiling water.

    Definitely needs to be straight. Pulley is removed from end of my shaft. Hope this helps.

    I believe it should be straight, not bent like yours. I have one for my Super A up home. Will be there on Thanksgiving and will check it and can also get you an overall measurement. Still looking for a good flywheel/shaft pulley for mine, PO dropped the end and broke a piece out of the pulley.

    Took some time today to tear into the 464. This is what I found. Water in the intake and exhaust ports on 3 cylinders and water in 3 cylinders. Engine froze and popped a freeze plug.
