    plowing snow

The tractor is a 4320 (48 HP), the blade is 84 inches, it's really nice because it has the power angle so you can angle it on the go. We also have the bucket but there is no comparison to how much faster you can push snow. I do not use chains and do not have fluid in the tires. I haven't had any...

What a difference, I enjoy seeing it snow now. The wind does not matter a bit. I don't get cold now that I have a heated cab...

    good venison sausage recipe

You freeze the whole thing raw. Do not thaw sausage when you take it out of the freezer for the next meal. Place the sausage in kettle with cool water and start cooking process. Remember to poke the sausage so it will not burst. The sausage should not be left unfrozen after you make it for more...

    JD Gator

Has anyone had any experience with the new John Deere Gator? We have a 625i, it's not a tractor but it sure does pull and go through and haul. It is beyond my expectations. We always had Polaris 4-wheelers but I don't think we will be going back to them. Any Feedback?

WE have pickled redhorse, suckers and Northern Pike. They are not bad and the bones do dissolve. We also have smoked Northern Pike which we prefer to do. Non can compare to NORWEGIAN WALLEYE (pickled herring).

    OT: Meat Grinder

I have ground all of our meat for years, first with a hand grinder then with the Kitchen Aid attachment(I would never do without this again). I found the best way is to partially freeze the meat first this helps hold the fat and sinew in place so it can be ground easier.

    IH 1620 unloading auger

Having a problem the unloading auger it goes out slow but it does not always go back in on its own. The pressure hose to the pump moves when you activate the switch. I am wondering if there could be a hydralic valve thats sticking. We can pull it back with a rope. Does anyone have an idea what...

    IH 1620

Does anyone have experience with a 1620 IH combine? I've combined 20 acres of barley and about 50 acres of oats with a 1020 flex head. Everything seemed to work well.
