    it sounds like you have the sediment bowl fuel valve that runs off of oil pressure the diaphragms go bad in them and suck oil into the fuel tank either eliminate it or get a new one

    OK check it this way disconnect the battery with the battery charger apply 12v to the big post then take a screw driver and short the big to the small terminal on the engine side this should kick the starter over if it still wont spin but engages check to see if you have 12v on the small bolt...
