    Yes, I couldn't believe someone let it go for scrap. Everything seems be there. Plus a 55 gal drum of parts. They scrapped the cultivators also but I only got pcs. Rest got cut up.

    Finally got a pic of the B. got it running, and other than a valve that sticks now and then, she runs good. Pretty happy to have a B again. Really interested in comparing it to a VC or VAC. Never been around them, but learned a friends dad has one (VAC) and he is going to let me play around with it.

    I called on the RC today and he said it was sold. Hope someone here picked it up. Guess I'll keep looking. How long did Case put over-the-hood steering on the RC? My 38 is on the side and 39-40 were styled and on side. Just curious

    That is a great picture. Thank you. Do you know what the knobs or switches are on the dash. Mine are missing. The tractor has starter and generator, but wiring was a cut up mess, and lights are not on it. Also, on the right of the steering column there is a slot for something that is missing...

    Thank you. I figured the seat was wrong because you can see where someone heated the bracket and bent it to get more height out of it.

    I have been searching for pictures to find the correct seat and base for my DC. Also the dash is different than what I am finding. Did Case use different dashes on the DC series?     One HOT Deere

    I was amazed by the amount of plastic. Really wasn't much left. It was hot enough to melt aluminum castings like valve cover and turbo housing. Worst part about the fire was that it was windy and we raced to cut it off before it got to a house at the end of the field.

    Thought you guys would find these interesting. Our summer was dry like a lot of people's, and it proved to much for this Deere. We were called in for a grass fire to find this in the middle of the field. Luckily no one was hurt!

    It was hard to do, I was up to 4 lift trucks and no one would buy it for 2200.00. The truck was in good shape other than it was going to need the trans gone through.     WOW! I mean WOW! That is a great collection of Case equip. Do they just sprout up out of the ground out there? For some reason Case isn't that prevelant in my area. We are surrounded with red n green.
