    12 spline INput on Gearbox for bushhog

    I need some help. Got an old bushog with a square shaft. Want to change the pto shaft and the slip clutch. However, it is 12 splines. I think its either 1&1/2 or 1&3/8 inch. I cannot find anything to fit this. Do I need to change the gearbox?

    Jim, Thanks for the clarification about the MCV. It does have draft control. There is a salvage yard in our area, but he charges more than new parts cost on some things, just depends on what it is. Do you think I could tap into the draft control?
