    IH 715 Combine engine issue

    Many years ago, my neighbor had "M" Farmall with one soybean in fuel tank. Tractor would run fine, and the soybean would roll around and plug the fuel orfice intermittently.

    You'll like it, I'm sure. If the plow does not trail well behind the tractor when plowing, the owners manual has real good instructions for adjusting the hitch.

    Should be relatively easy to find a place that accept any batteries for recycling. As a matter of fact, I don't know of any legal disposal place that has any cost for disposal.

    All the answers are good, on this good question. 24-D is better than doing nothing. Atleast it sets the &*%$#*# thistles back. Grazon and Milestone are the best, and are worth the expense. This is best time of season to spray those thistles, yes. HOWEVER, the weather conditions are somewhat...

    Nice looking machine. Bucket way out front can/does have some advantage, when pushing material into excavated trenches or excavated holes.

    Wood handle preservation

    Boiled Linseed oil, mixed with thinner. Same as already mentioned. A second coat treatment a few days later is good to do. Keep out of sunlight when possible does help. Spar varnish is also very good.
