    it had almost always done it. It really happens after the filter gets clogged and the tractor will shut off. I clean the filter out and then it has a really really hard time starting. It has fuel getting to it

    yes it does use oil plugs seem good but they are older might just replace them. I can usually tell when it's getting compression it will start right up. But if I flood it when trying to start then it's hard to get the compression back
