    Gear drive starter for JD500C

    Just put a new gear drive starter on my 500C. The cable from POS battery to starter is too short. I'm planning to make a new one from 2/0 welding cable and solder lugs on the ends. Is this cable big enough? Thanks for the replies!! Steven
