    Thanks everyone. I found where someone had welded a little spot on the shaft and I was able to chip it off and get the shaft out. Now I just need to find replacement shafts.

    If you had seen the cobbled up mess that someone had done with a welder on the pto shaft, you would agree that the shaft needed removed. No way to pull the old seal off or put a new one one with this cob job.
