    Yes there is a tag on the right side of the front end 1E-160 That puts it at 1940 but its an un-styled tractor and the numbers stamped on the rear end date it earlier.     TO30 brake shaft and rod bent?

    Straighten the rod and clean up the threads on the adjustment turnbuckle end. Putting anti-seize on the threads assures it moving in for future adjustment.
