Broken Output Shaft Rhino SR120 Brush Hog

I am seeing it is not a wise choice to buy the parts to repair. Now the hurdle is finding the correct Gearbox #00755598. There are numerous gearboxes with different drive ratios and so forth.

Broken Output Shaft Rhino SR120 Brush Hog

I purchased a used Rhino 10' brush hog last fall to use this year. I have broken the output shaft clean in to. There appears to be no rust on the shaft where it broke, but there are no stumps, just old rotten oak limbs out in the horse pasture. This is the second shaft I broke in two weeks...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

When I move the shifters its very easy to slide up and down. I have only owned the tractor since sept. I got sick shortly after bringing it home and the rear remote hyd hose busting. But I dont recall the hi lo shifter being as easy to slide up and down. As well, there is minimal to no...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

Absolutely nothing. I can start it In gear and after its started, I can switch between hi and low and slide up through all the gears. Absolutely nothing happens.

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

Well, I jumped the two connectors and put the tractor in high 5th gear. Turned the key without pushing the pedal and it started right up. Clearly I was expecting the tractor to jump to r buck a little like when you try to start a dirtbike when its in gear. The tractor started smoothly and...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

To bypass the clutch interlock switch, can I just run a jumper wire between the two wire connectors shown in the pic below? I assume all the switch does when the button is depressed by the top of the pedal is close a circuit.

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

Thank you. I won't try the towing method. To be clear on your instructions, I need to warm the engine up and then shut it off and restart it with it in gear. Should it be in hi or low? Also, I have to push the clutch all the way down to start the engine, so what what good mechanically...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

Ahh, ok. I wasn't sure what that was for. I keep reading on other forums about using a chain to pull the tractor. Pushing the clutch down all the way, putting the tractor in hi gear and after it's rolling let the clutch out. Is this an option or bad idea? I don't want to damage...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

Forgive my ignorance on this. There is not a push button on the floor near the pedals as I've seen in pics online. There is a push button near where your right heel would sit on the floor. See pics below. This post was edited by CrimsonClay72 on 12/04/2021 at 07:51 am.

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

The clutch pedal slowly comes back up to its normal position now. After running the tractor at 1400 rpm for a while, I climbed up in the cab and as I revved it up a bit more I noticed the clutch pedal would rise a little with each rev. I pushed the pedal down and shifted into low and hi...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

It's outside now and with no way to move it, I'm kinda stuck. I have no way to generate heat without idling. With the tractor off and in a high gear, would pushing the clutch pedal down and pulling it with the truck then releasing the clutch pedal help break it loose? I've read post where...

Clutch pedal not returning to top position

I'm new to large farm tractors, so please go easy on me. I bought a Ford 8600 back in August of this year. One of the rear remotes hydraulic line busted and gallons of fluid spewed out. I had to move it approx 50'-60' to get it out of the way from where the hose busted. I got sick and it...
