600 vane pump repl with a piston pump
I believe the source of my problem is that my oil pressure line was not original, which I believe came with an inverted flare nut. That inverted flare nut doesn't protrude as far as the after market kits which use adapters, so that oil line can make a bend and clear, where are the adapters are...- FordSponge

Not trying to hijack the thread, but I also have an 860 that I'm looking to upgrade to a piston pump I bought a piston pump and manifold off of ebay. I ran into an issue with the pump extending over the oil pressure Outlet and essentially broke off the capillary tube going to the gauge...- FordSponge
